Step-by-step procedure

Change oil service interval (e.g. 10,000 km)

  1. Connect your OBD2 scanner to the vehicle
  2. Turn ignition ON
  3. Hamburger menu on top -> Apps
  4. Go to Apps / Workshop section
  5. Select Oil change service interval
  6. Choose desired interval:
    • 10,000 km (recommended)
    • 15,000 km
    • 30,000 km (factory long-life interval)
  7. Confirm and apply change

Reset oil service

  1. Stay connected with ignition ON
  2. Go to Oil service reset in same workshop menu
  3. Press Reset
  4. Confirm action
  5. Wait for confirmation

Verify

  1. Check instrument cluster
  2. Oil service should show:
    • 0 km since last change
    • New interval (e.g. 10,000 km)

Additional Information & Compatibility Notes

Factory long-life interval (30,000 km) is too long for most engines → recommended to switch to 10,000–15,000 km.
