This policy applies to purchases on https://iamcarhacker.com, sold by Carhacker OÜ. It does not limit any right you have under the consumer protection law of your country.
1. Car Electrician Course: 14-day money-back guarantee
If the course is not for you, email info@iamcarhacker.com within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. No reason needed. After the refund, your access to the course ends, and so does membership if the course was your only purchase.
2. Credits
- Unused credits: you can get a refund for credits you have not used, within 14 days of buying them. Email info@iamcarhacker.com with your order email. We refund the unused credits of that pack, in proportion to the price you paid.
- Used credits: credits spent on a tool are not refunded, because the processing has been carried out, even if the result did not work for your vehicle. If a tool failed because of an error on our side (for example it charged credits but sent no result), write to us and we will return the credits.
- After 14 days, credits are not refundable, but they do not expire.
3. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content and digital services, this right ends once the supply has started with your agreement, for example when you open the course or use credits. Sections 1 and 2 give you more than that: a full refund of the course and a refund of unused credits within 14 days, regardless.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@iamcarhacker.com with your order email. We refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
4. Pro Access (discontinued)
The Pro Access membership was discontinued on 1 October 2026. All monthly subscriptions were cancelled and no further payments will be taken. Lifetime Pro Access members received the Car Electrician Course free of charge. Payments made for Pro Access before the change are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
5. Technical problems
If you cannot access something you paid for because of a problem on our side, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you get a refund for the part you could not use. Problems with your own vehicle, programmer, cables, computer or files are not technical problems on our side.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. We answer quickly and most issues are solved within a day or two. While a payment dispute is open, we may pause access to what was bought with that payment.
