Dollarfix DF65 is one of cheapest scanners coming built-in tablet which makes it good pick for DIY home mechanics. It can scan engine but also ABS, airbag or transmission codes and even do some service resets and bi-directional testing.

Dollarfix DF65
It is 4-system bi-directional scanner so you can do pretty much everything from reading faults, data, bi-directional testing and even service resets if you stick to these 4 systems: Engine, ABS, Airbag and Transmission.
It is basically rebranded Thinkscan 662.
