Step-by-step procedure
Change oil service interval (e.g. 10,000 km)
- Connect your OBD2 scanner to the vehicle
- Turn ignition ON
- Hamburger menu on top -> Apps
- Go to Apps / Workshop section
- Select Oil change service interval
- Choose desired interval:
- 10,000 km (recommended)
- 15,000 km
- 30,000 km (factory long-life interval)
- Confirm and apply change
Reset oil service
- Stay connected with ignition ON
- Go to Oil service reset in same workshop menu
- Press Reset
- Confirm action
- Wait for confirmation
Verify
- Check instrument cluster
- Oil service should show:
- 0 km since last change
- New interval (e.g. 10,000 km)
Additional Information & Compatibility Notes
Factory long-life interval (30,000 km) is too long for most engines → recommended to switch to 10,000–15,000 km.
