By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Rule for Digital Products
All products and services sold on this website are digital and delivered immediately after purchase.
Once access to digital content is granted, refunds are generally not provided, except where explicitly stated in this policy.
2. Lifetime Access (One-Time Payment)
For lifetime access products or bundles, we offer a 14-day refund period under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- The request must be sent to yuri@iamcarhacker.com
- Refunds are limited to one lifetime purchase per customer
After the 14-day period expires, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or access history.
3. Monthly Membership Subscriptions
For monthly subscription memberships:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation stops future billing
- No refunds are issued for:
- the current billing period
- past billing periods
- unused time
Refund requests submitted months after purchase, including claims of forgotten or unauthorized use, will not be accepted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to manage subscriptions and cancellations.
4. Standalone Courses & Digital Products
For standalone courses or digital products (non-lifetime, non-subscription):
- No refunds are offered once access is granted
- This applies regardless of:
- usage
- completion
- time since purchase
By purchasing, you expressly agree to immediate access and waive any right to a refund where permitted by law.
5. Technical Issues & Access Problems
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The purchased content is inaccessible due to a verified technical issue on our side
- The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
Technical issues do not include:
- lack of knowledge or experience
- incompatibility with your vehicle or tools
- misunderstanding of the content
- change of mind
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in:
- immediate account suspension
- permanent loss of access to purchased content
We strongly encourage contacting us first to resolve any issues.
