First, let me show you who is sending you these emails.
My name is Yuri, and I don’t have any education in fixing cars. I just learned because I had had enough of mechanic scams.
I bought an OBD2 scanner, and I love to use it so much that I started testing it. Eventually rented a garage, you know from my videos.
It actually looked a lot worse before. I used to have a garage with my friend who tried to sell car parts on eBay.
He was too lazy, so I gave him a deal to get a garage. I will buy off all the parts and he will let me rent out the garage by myself.
It was new OEM parts for Toyota/Lexus, but they were not selling well. Luckily, I managed to sell enough to cover what I paid, but I still have a lot of them in the closet of my bedroom lol.
With a free garage, I could get to work.
Step 1 was, of course, to create the sitting area because if you get a 2-car garage full of tools, you will have a lot of friends 😀
But that helped me with testing out different scanners on their cars.
But not everything I wanted to test out on a friend’s cars, and I had to get some test vehicles as well.
After I learned decent car diagnostics and OBD2 skills, I could finally leave my old job (taxi driver) and focus on cars only.

If you have just OBD2 scanner, you can actually make lot of different side extra incomes. I for example check used vehicles.
